30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

🚫 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective or damaged

  • Incorrect or missing

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right — either via replacement, refund, or store credit.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

🔄 Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest method is to:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item.

  2. Once the return is accepted, your order will be exchanged, and a replacement will be delivered within 7 days.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be credited automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
