All products are handcrafted or curated to deliver the best olfactory experience.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the sale of any product at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website or in-store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

We accept secure online payments via integrated payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, and delivery time varies by location (typically 3–7 working days within India).
We currently ship Pan-India through trusted courier partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, and Amazon Shipping.
If a pincode is out of coverage, we may ship via India Post.
All alcohol-based perfumes are shipped via surface mode only, in compliance with courier and safety regulations.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the seal is broken or the product is used.
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund by providing a proper unboxing video as proof.

6. Custom Perfumes
Our Live Perfume Making and Custom Perfume Services are personalized experiences.
Since each blend is created according to individual preferences, custom perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable once crafted.
7. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure accuracy in descriptions, images, and ingredient listings.
However, minor variations may occur due to handcrafted processes or natural ingredient differences.
All fragrances are for external use only — avoid contact with eyes or open flames.
8. Intellectual Property
